GeneBot RT42 series real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR analyzer is a 32 well (4×8 wells, dual module) in vitro diagnostic device that enables the analysis and detection of nucleic acids through rapid variable temperature amplification, real-time fluorescence signal acquisition and software data processing, and can detect multiple targets simultaneously with four channels: FAM, HEX, ROX, and CY5.

The GeneBot RT42 analyzer consists of control module, temperature control module, fluorescence detection Module, motion module, power supply module, hot cover module, shell module and software (control and data processing software).

The product is based on the principle of real-time fluorescence PCR detection and is used together with the supporting detection reagents for qualitative and quantitative analysis of target nucleic acids derived from human samples in clinical settings, including pathogens, human genes and other items. It can be used in the research fields of immunology, human genome engineering, forensic medicine, oncology, tissue and population biology, paleontology, zoology, botany and clinical diagnosis of viruses, tumors, genetic diseases, etc.

The GeneBot RT42 real-time PCR quantitative analyzer works with the appropriate reagents and provides the required temperature and environment for in vitro RNA reverse transcription, denaturation, annealing, extension cycle amplification and melting of nucleic acids through the temperature control module under the action of the control system according to the set operating parameters, and uses the photoelectric module to collect the fluorescence signal generated during the amplification process in real time, and the application software to analyze and process the data. It is used to amplify and analyze specific target genes or nucleic acid sequences in the sample.
